This Privacy Policy explains how Booleans (the “Interface,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information in connection with your use of our decentralized betting application on the Base mainnet. We are committed to minimizing data collection and respecting user privacy.
We do not collect, store, or sell personal data of any kind. We do not track you, fingerprint your browser, or run analytics. We do not use cookies or similar tracking technologies, and we do not log IP addresses for profiling. If you choose to contact us (e.g., by email), we will receive the information you provide solely to respond to your inquiry and then delete it when no longer needed.
Your bets and related actions occur on the Base blockchain and are publicly visible by design. All on-chain activity is permanent and may be viewed by anyone using a block explorer. This information can include wallet addresses, transaction identifiers, amounts, timestamps, and contract interactions. Because blockchains are public, third parties may analyze this data to infer patterns or associations outside our control.
Our partner Privy provides embedded wallet generation and key management tooling that enables you to transact with the smart contracts. We do not manage your wallet, do not have access to your private keys, and cannot recover them for you. Your wallet is your responsibility. Please review Privy’s own terms and privacy documentation for details about their tooling and security practices.
We do not operate user accounts or store account profiles. We do not maintain balances or custody funds. You connect a self-custodial wallet to interact directly with the smart contracts.
When you interact with the blockchain, wallets, or other third-party services (including Privy, RPC providers, block explorers, or oracle/data providers), those parties may process data under their own policies and terms. We do not control how such third parties handle information. Review their documentation before use.
Because we don’t collect user data, we have no personal data stores to protect. However, your security depends on your wallet and device. Safeguard your seed phrase and private keys. We cannot assist with key or fund recovery.
The Interface is not intended for or directed to individuals under the age of majority in their jurisdiction. If you believe a minor has provided information to us directly (e.g., via email), please contact us so we can delete it.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Because we do not collect data, changes will mainly reflect updates to our technology stack or third-party integrations. Updates take effect upon posting. Your continued use of the Interface after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
Note: This document describes our current practices and does not constitute legal advice. Because blockchain transactions are public by design, anyone may analyze on-chain data. Consider consulting qualified counsel to understand your rights and obligations in your jurisdiction.
